Operational consulting · done for you

AI operational consulting and business intelligence. For SaaS companies and small-to-medium businesses.

AI is reshaping how buyers find, evaluate, and pay you. We audit where you stand. We build the dashboards that show what is working and what is not.

How it works

Three steps. Days, not weeks.

01 · Audit

Seven rubrics, one scorecard

We probe your live site directly. No surveys, no questionnaires. You get a 0–100 score per rubric, a confidence rating on every measurement, and the raw evidence.

02 · Plan

ICE-ranked roadmap

Every finding is scored by Impact × Confidence × Ease. Sprint 1 is what to ship this week. Every row carries a verify-yourself line so you can confirm the fix worked yourself. Most take just minutes.

03 · Ship

We ship it (or hand it off)

Schema, meta, robots, canonical, sitemap, and content drafts (plus llms.txt as zero-cost hygiene). Implemented as a reviewable pull request in your repo when you grant access, or handed off as a spec for your team. Either way, you merge, deploy, and ship. We re-audit to confirm the improvement.

What we offer

Three capabilities. One playbook.

Every engagement starts with an audit. Where it goes next depends on what we find.

01
AI market readiness

The seven-rubric audit

Traditional search, AI citation, agent-readiness, design, voice, responsive, brand. The work we're known for.

02
Pricing & revenue intelligence

Pricing data discipline

Structured renewal, churn, and pushback tracking that gets sharper every quarter. We build the system. You keep it.

03
Operational dashboards

The signals for your vertical

When the engagement reveals what to track, we build the dashboard. Hosted and maintained. Follow-on, not starting point.

What we measure

Seven rubrics, including the one most agencies don't run.

How we measure AI market readiness. Visibility is weighted slightly higher because if AI and search cannot surface you, none of the credibility work is ever seen. Both still have to be there. Agent-Readiness is the newest rubric and most agencies do not run it yet.

Visibility 54%Can search engines and AI assistants find you?
Credibility 46%Do you look the part when a customer arrives?
Traditional SEO28%
AEO citation18%
Agent-Readiness8%
Design13%
Voice14%
Brand9%
Flex10%

Default weighting. Tile size is each rubric's share of the 100-point score. The split is tuned by industry: Visibility leads for SaaS and B2B, Credibility leads for hospitality and creator brands. It runs roughly 42 to 54 percent Visibility.

On AEO hype: some shops sell llms.txt, content chunking, and AI-specific schema as the way to get cited. Google explicitly disclaims them as AI-search levers and has confirmed it has no plans to support llms.txt. We ship them where they cost nothing (non-Google engines may parse them) and weight them near zero. The lift comes from the foundational SEO and crawlability Google says actually drives AI visibility. Standards-based, measurable, durable.

Why citation matters: industry data shared at Google I/O 2026 put brands cited in AI Overviews at roughly 35% more organic clicks than uncited competitors. Third-party data, not our promise. It is why citation eligibility is worth measuring, and we earn it with the foundational SEO that drives it.

Common questions

Questions, answered straight.

What every prospect asks before the first call.

What is an AI market readiness audit?
A structured evaluation of how a business shows up across traditional search, AI citation, agent-readiness, design, voice, responsive behavior, and brand. It produces a scored seven-rubric assessment with specific, verifiable findings.
How long does an audit take?
Days, not weeks. The audit is delivered as a written deliverable; we ship the findings, then decide together whether implementation follows.
How is pricing structured?
Scoped per engagement. Pricing is set after the audit reveals the actual work. The audit comes first; we have a conversation about scope before any larger commitment.
What does the seven-rubric audit measure?
Traditional SEO, AI answer-engine citation, agent-readiness, design craft, content voice, responsive quality, and brand consistency. Agent-readiness is the rubric most agencies do not run.
Do you offer ongoing support after the audit?
Yes, on a quarterly refresh cadence when an engagement warrants it. Ongoing work is follow-on, not the starting point.
