SMS Consent and Opt-In

This page documents how CREATIVxBI collects consent to send text messages, what those messages contain, and how you can opt out at any time. CREATIVxBI is a consulting brand of Drupefruit LLC.

Program name and description

CREATIVxBI SMS Program sends transactional booking and callback confirmations only to customers who call CREATIVxBI and give verbal consent during the call. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages, and we do not add anyone to this program who has not called us and said yes.

How we collect consent

When you call CREATIVxBI, our receptionist asks for your verbal okay before sending any text. Consent is verbal, given live during your call. The receptionist reads the following script verbatim:

"Before I text you a confirmation, I need your okay. CREATIVxBI will send you a text confirming this booking and any follow-up about it. Message frequency depends on your activity, and message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help anytime. Our terms and privacy policy are on our website. Is it okay to text you a confirmation?"

Only an explicit "yes" enrolls the caller. A confirmation text is sent immediately after. If you do not say yes, no text is sent and your number is not enrolled.

Message frequency: Messages are limited to confirmations and follow-ups tied to your own call. Not a recurring schedule.

Help: Reply HELP for help.
Opt out: Reply STOP to opt out at any time.
